Lily, Geelong’s Best Escort Thoughts On Selfies Versus Professional Photos
I thought I’d write a little on my views on selfies versus professional photographs. As most of you would know I have a strong mix of both. I probably don’t have a preference; I prefer individual photos. Most of my favourites are some of my professional ones taken by Carmen of Whitepoint Studios. But this is written for you, the client so I want to share a few things. Because in my opinion, men probably aren’t as savvy and “in the know” regarding apps these days when it comes to selfies. I think it’s fair to say women probably use these apps far more than men do.
I think men have cottoned on to the fact that professional photos absolutely 100% make any girl look 1000% “improved” according to societies supposed “sexy” look at the time. What a professional can do with the camera is amazing. Actually, you know what, I should show you the difference! Stay tuned. I will. F^%$k it, I don’t care. I think you would find it interesting to see a raw photo compared to a “touched up” one.
Understand this. I don’t even want Carmen overdoing my touch ups. She has told me she has ladies ask her to fully go to town on their photos. And I said to her, “Gee, some men must get a shock when the girl rocks up” to which she just said “ohhhh yeah”. I don’t have a weight problem. I am not overweight. The girls who think they are “fat” have their lines completely changed. Tapered wait, wider shoulders, slimmer legs, bottom rounded. I don’t need that shit because I lunge and squat. Swimmers need to do some resistance training, plus I do sand sprints. So, I really understand why men are dubious about the lady they are going to meet and her representation on her photographs. Absolutely, photographs can be misleading.
Carmen actually showed me another photographer’s work. I scrolled through some of their recent photos of gals and honest to God, they looked f^&%$g ridiculous. Almost comic like. Completely over the top, their hair didn’t look real at all, features massively overexaggerated. Laughable and SO misleading. I don’t want the drama of meeting someone who is “shocked” at how I look. I want a client to think” yep”, that’s the girl on the website. It’s defiantly her. Which is why often when meeting someone for the first time I wear clothing that has been featured heavily in advertising like my yellow girl next door dress, or my baby blue air hostess dress, or my white little ruffle skirt and white top. I can’t imagine what it’s like for you guys to turn up and find a completely different looking woman at the hosting site. It must be very annoying. I get it.
There is no doubt that some professional escort photographers go far too over the top with slimming tools, skin perfections tools and the like. Before I found Carmen, I chatted with another professional photographer in Melbourne who offered me her pricing list. Rib removal and liquid liposuction was included!!!! Holy crap I didn’t even want to work with her after seeing that. Bollocks to that I thought. For the record NONE of my photographs have ever used “slimming” tools, as I just don’t need it. I have a sporty look.
BUT!!!
Unsuspecting clients often cite “selfies” as their preference because they are “more natural”. Well, um, the setting might be, like in the girl’s bedroom/bathroom/back yard. But the actual shot of her? Hmmm, a girl can spend hours on 1 photograph before she puts it on SM. Hours.
I went on a holiday about 3 years ago to Hawaii. I went with a girlfriend. We were on Instagram at the time and a mutual friend popped up. I passed a comment and said “it doesn’t even look like her”. She looked about 20 years younger. So said friend grabbed my phone and took a photo of me. Then she spent 10 minutes doing her bizz, and voila, showed me the photo of myself. I swear to God. It didn’t even look like me. Yes, I looked way younger. But weird. And horrible. I didn’t like it at all. No lines on my face, thicker lips, pouty as, plump cheeks, rosy, forehead no lines, different shaped eyebrows, different colour eyes, and different coloured hair. I mean seriously???? If this is the shit that goes on in dating sites, I can kind of feel for you blokes. It is completely misleading (read false) advertising. And I just don’t feel that guys do this to women. At least not at all to the same extent. And what this does is makes it hard for us girls to live up to “ideal images” that simply aren’t a true or real representative. And yes, I have worked with a make-up artist who was employed by the most prominent men’s magazine and same same with centrefolds. Tweaked, cropped, edited, re-touched.
I think you guys might possibly be still heavily duped at selfies, as it’s dead easy to re-shape oneself to be slimmer, curvier in the boobs and butt, taller looking, a red head, a blonde, white teeth when you have yellow stains, blah blah I mean it’s seriously endless. I use an app for some of my selfies. My top 20 breast selfies are all re-touched. But I like to post stuff in Lilys lunchbox and luxury lunchbox and in the members section where it just is what it is! If someone doesn’t like my imperfections, my care factor is zero, so it’s all good. And to the men who actually like the imperfections – go you, you are super cool.:) 😊 😊 I like you already.
I’m going to be a little crass here, so excuse me: I just find it hard to believe that if you the gentleman are having sex, let’s say doggie position, the woman is clearly being very stimulated by your manhood, and having a lot of fun, your feeling amazing and thoroughly enjoying yourself, I really doubt that you are going to care that her bottom is not super pert, or she has a wrinkle? Like, really, you’d care? A handful might but most wouldn’t. Am I right or am I wrong?
I have sent A LOT of selfie packs out over the 20 months of lockdowns. MOST of them were unedited. Good to not set up false expectations in my opinion. I don’t think there is anything wrong with you gentlemen asking a lady for a completely unfiltered photograph. But that’s just my thought. Anyway, I hope this enlightened some of you. Rib removal *shakes head furiously*, bloody crazy.
Side note: The photo with this blog is a touched-up selfie. All I did was tweak my waist. You can tell if you look carefully at the brick on the wall. It’s warped!!
I promise if I get AT LEAST 15 comments on this blog I will post up a raw image versus a professional end product for you guys to see. You will be gobsmacked. Seriously your jaw will hit the ground. If I don’t get that many but I get a few, I will upload the “raw/end” photo into the members section and lily’s lunchboxes.
One Further Thought:
I did not write this to “out” industry secrets per see. I am guessing there may be some sex workers who may read this and wish I hadn’t said it how it is. But actually, I am ALL about empowering women. I believe that almost every woman has a “sexy” side, that when she turns it one, men will find attractive. I don’t feel that sex workers need to change themselves to some supposed “ideal”. I would rather encourage them to be themselves, and to believe that they are GOOD ENOUGH exactly as they are. One man’s poison will be another man’s Turkish delight. So another of my messages within this blog, is that you need to trust that you will find a percentage of men who find you and/or your service combined is awesome, without the rib missing, the breast enhancement or the Jessica rabbit waistline! There are men who actively seek obese women. Those who love skinny as a needle, voluptuous as Sophia Wren, athletic as Lily Geelongs MILF escort (ha ha), BBW as Marilyn Monroe would be considered these days. Just do you!
Love to hear your thoughts on my ramblings……
As a client this is something that can certainly be difficult to navigate. Especially with the prevalence of fake ads out there these days. Which in itself is probably another issue all together. And while it can sometimes be difficult to deal with when you have some level of expectation when booking with a provider. I can also feel for the providers who undoubtedly feel pressure to make themselves look as good as possible given today’s ridiculous standards of beauty especially with the prevalence use of social media. It is certainly very refreshing to come across a provider as yourself and others that have a confidence in your body and features. I certainly only hope that others can eventually overcome any insecurities they may have in themselves because at the end of the day I am sure that for most clients like myself care more for the connection and experience with the provider than knowing they are with perfect looking women.
As a past client ( and a future one soon) of yours I completely agree with you . I found you to be open and honest and infact I thought you looked even better in the flesh than in the photos so I was blown away when I met you !
And I agree with you in that we all have imperfections .. but if men are concentrating on them instead of enjoying the moment they’ve lost the plot ! Keep up your awesome work Lily I look forward to seeing you again soon now that lockdown is finally over .
Real men like real looking women, not a fake looking plastic made up joke. Imperfection is exactly what makes you unique as a person/ sexy woman. And to the masses of normal men this is perfect!
100% agree with you Lily. A ladies attitude, excitement and energy are always more of a turn on then a disingenuous lay from a less then interested beauty.
Raw and wanton everytime.
Completely agree Lily. I have been ‘disappointed’ an occasions because the lady looked nothing like her online images. Different hair/makeup, that’s fine, but, as you say, some of the photoshopping is crazy !! I much prefer a Lady that is comfortable in herself and says “Hey! This is me! I am beautiful as I am.” THAT is hot.
